Ragan manages all members of the team to insure your home sells quickly for its maximum value.

Ragan is also responsible for helping local and out-of-state buyers who are searching for homes via our web sites. Look to her as your home buying consultant to search for a new home.

She will be calling weekly to touch base with you regarding showings and associated feedback. She will ask you if you need any flyers (inside and outside) at this time or answer any questions for you.

Donna will handle all of the details after a contract is negotiated on your home in order to complete the sale of your home.

Call Donna when you have a question about all of your closing details.

Latoya will maintain your listing and coordinate the marketing of your home with all publications.

Call Latoya when you have a question about adjusting the price, changing the advertising in the LA Times, or having open house requests.

Field Care Specialist

Our team of Field Care Specialists will come to your house after listing with Ben.  They will take interior and exterior pictures of your home. A HomeologyLA For Sale Sign will be put up and a lock box will be placed on your front door. If necessary, they will pick up any documents or measure any rooms as requested.

They will deliver feature sheets, booklets, an outside flier stand, post exterior fliers, distribute HomeologyLA magazines, business cards, and put open house signs on Saturday & Sunday.

While listed with Ben, the Field Care Specialists will deliver additional booklets and fliers to replenish or will bring you changed fliers. If your home is vacant, the Listing Department will schedule a routine replenishment of fliers to your home.

After the property is under contract, a sold sign is placed on your sign along with the following items collected from your home: outside flier stand, feature sheet booklets, stand and HomeologyLA magazines.

After closing, the sign will be removed.
